Life’s a peach, so make a tart out of it
It is the week after Labor day, and I’m as bummed out as you are that Summer has officially come to an end. I know, gone too soon. But instead of looking back to the sunny days we’ll no longer have, let us enjoy the last crops of fresh summery fruits while we still can, shall we? And so I give you this delicious - and did I say easy?- “Late Summer Peach Tart”
