HOW TO MAKE DOMINICAN CAKE

This one is huge. You don’t understand: making a dominican cake is to me like a graduation diploma. This process of finding a recipe that suited me, has been a fantastic ~~pain in the butt~~ learning experience.

So finally, after 4 tests, 3 dozen eggs, 16 sticks of butter and 5 pounds of flour, I humbly present you my recipe. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

HOW TO MAKE DONUTS

I’ve always had a special love for donuts. To be truthful anything that involves fried dough will hold a dear place in my heart forever. But donuts in particular are awesome, not only because of the fluffy texture, but also because they serve as a delivery system for whatever topping you choose. I’m a purist: I stick with the chocolate frosting (and no sprinkles please).
