BANANA RAISIN BREAD
“Necessity is the mother of invention”. This proverb can’t be more true in the kitchen. Today’s recipe was born out of the urge to use a few ingredients I had hanging around: a few ripe bananas, some raisins, a little bit of oatmeal… the rest is history.
This quick bread is super versatile: it’s perfect to eat for breakfast, with a cup of tea, but rich enough to serve for dessert.
