BEEF STEW À LA IRENE [Hurricane Food Edition]
This weekend, we’ve been safely weathering Hurricane Irene from the comfort of our home. Between watching the news 24/7 and worrying about the scary forecast, I just had to make a meal to keep our spirits high. Something hearty, warm, and comforty. And so I came up with this Beef Stew. A home-cooked meal at its best.
