PASSION FRUIT FLAN

This flan is da bomb diggity - and I’m not exaggerating. I owe this recipe to my good friend Erika Morillo (super talented photographer, check out her work here). It tends to be a bit more tender than a traditional flan, so if it does not come out perfect, don’t stress it … I assure you the flavor will compensate for the looks.
